The purpose of this study was to provide DG RTD with EU-wide tools to evaluate progress towards the European Research Area (ERA) objectives. These tools are part of the ERA Monitoring Mechanism and support the monitoring of the progress of implementation along the ERA priority areas for joint action and a set of specific Actions. The project included the development of the ERA Scoreboard, the ERA Dashboard and ERA Country Reports.
EFIS Centre team members were in charge of drafting ERA Country Reports for Armenia, Estonia and Latvia.
