European Future Innovation System Centre
The European Future Innovation System (EFIS) Centre is a not for profit policy research lab and think tank. Our mission is to promote an enhanced understanding of the performance and future development perspectives of European, national and regional innovation systems, particularly in response to societal challenges (climate change, energy security, resource efficiency, ageing, etc.).
Our activities include:
> Studies and quantitative and qualitative analysis concerning the ERA, regional, national sectoral and thematic innovation systems
> Development and management of on-line policy monitoring, data benchmarking and collaborative platforms supporting the inter-connection of research and innovation organisations .
> Support doctoral or post-doctoral research in the above mentioned fields.

Our @RI_PATHS project is exploring the socio-economic impact of research infrastructures. Of course, if you have politicians who think less knowledge is in their interests, then scientific evidence is something to attack not cherish.
